Installing/Reinstalling WhatsApp for Video Calls

If WhatsApp is installed but it is not possible to start a video call, it is advisable to uninstall the application using the Google application manager.
Next, you reinstall the application.
To do this, from the Facilotab homepage, click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
Go down to line 13 Applications
In the applications tab, in the "Suggested applications" tab, you will find the WhatsApp application.
Click on "View" which appears on this line. Then check the box that appears.

The WhatsApp application will then appear in the Applications section of the Facilotab homepage.

Then launch WhatsApp. To add an account, tap the three dots in the top right corner and select "Create account." This will allow you to link the person's mobile phone to the tablet's WhatsApp account.

Notes
Scanning the QR code allows you to share account information on another device. However, it doesn't allow you to send new messages or video chat with family.

Warning
For the connection to be made between Facilotab Contacts and WhatsApp, the phone number of each contact in Facilotab must also exist in the contacts established in the WhatsApp application.
