Remote access via TeamViewer or AnyDesk

You can allow one or more close people, family or friends, to connect to the Facilotab tablet.

The caregiver will be able to see the tablet screen and indicate where to touch it. Depending on the tablet model, they may even be able to remotely control the user from a computer or tablet.
This remote access is done either with TeamViewer or AnyDesk software. The person you are communicating with will therefore need to install this software on their computer.

 

Operating instructions for the person using their Facilotab tablet:

  • Contact your relative by phone. They will need to open their TeamViewer or AnyDesk software.
  • Tap the REMOTE HELP VIA A LOVED ONE button
  • Tap START ASSISTANCE
  • Give the person the ID number that appears on the screen
  • You will then touch the button to ALLOW CONNECTION .
  • The connection is established.
  • Depending on the tablet, you may also need to click the Start button so that your interlocutor can see the tablet screen.
Notes
On the Facilotab tablet, AnyDesk is the preferred solution. However, if this application is removed from the tablet, Facilotab will then attempt to open the TeamViewer application if it is installed. If neither application is present on the tablet, you can select the one you prefer.
